We don't have everything from our store listed on our website. For most things, due to varying supply chain issues, it's intentional. We work hard to provide quality customer service.  We are more intentional with a very  transactional shopping experience with online purchases. We have an unusually large inventory. We try to ship orders within 2 days or less of receiving them. If you can't find what you're looking for, call us. We're happy and ready to take phone orders! 

It depends on what you have and what the condition and quality is. If it's a jewelry, lapidary or rock hounding tool, bring it to our 1st Ave location. If it's any other kind of tool, take it to Tucson Tool Shop, 133 E Grant Rd. The Grant Rd. location is no longer named Kent's Tools - it is under new management and called the Tucson Tool Store.

Sometimes we can but we're not professional gemologists. We can refer you to people locally who specialize in different gemstones and rocks.

Visit us on 1st Ave - we sell a few books that offer Gem trails, maps and site descriptions. Or we'd be happy to refer you to local organizations who meet regularly to go rockhounding in a group or to different mines in Arizona that are open to the public. 

• You must be 18 years old to use our services. Minors under 18 and older than 13 can use our services if they  have permission to use an account owned by a parent or legal guardian.
• Tell the trust please. It's prohibited by law to use false information or impersonate another person or company.

1-2 days processing time for orders to ship out. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. 

Your personal information is important - to you ant to us. We will not share your information with any company, agency or anyone. We will only use it to send you a tracking number of your shipment and if you requested, a newsletter twice a year. We do have an email list but emails go out maybe 4 times a year about sales we have throughout the year.
